Who is an instax photo booth rental for?
For weddings, birthdays, christenings, seminars and company parties that want a photo corner without the logistics. It is not an enclosed photo booth cabin: no cabin, no kiosk to transport and plug in. It is a hybrid instant camera, the instax WIDE Evo, set on a table: guests photograph themselves and leave with their print, or stick it in your guest book.
The camera is hybrid: capture is digital and printing happens on demand. A failed attempt therefore uses no film — you only print the photos that worked, in about 16 seconds, and one charge lasts for about 100 prints. Film is not supplied with the camera: add packs of 10 or 20 shots to your booking. Our rule of thumb: 40 shots for 30 guests, 80 for 80, 120 for 150.
The rental runs from 1 to 62 days: you keep the camera for the whole weekend, next-day brunch included. The parcel arrives by Chronopost the day before your event, anywhere in mainland France, or is collected free of charge in Lyon; the return goes back with the prepaid Chronopost label.
Need someone behind the camera?
As an option, a photo operator can run the photo corner on the day: that is a service priced on quote, separate from the rental. And for extra prints after the party, our printing service prints your photos on instax WIDE film or as 10 × 15 prints.
Frequently asked questions
Is it an enclosed photo booth cabin?
No. We rent neither a booth cabin nor a photo kiosk: our photo booth is a hybrid instant camera, the Fujifilm instax WIDE Evo, which your guests use on a self-service basis. Nothing to assemble: a table is enough, plus a backdrop if you want one.
How much film should I plan for an instax photo booth?
Our rule of thumb: 40 shots for 30 guests, 80 shots for 80 guests, 120 shots for 150 guests. Because printing happens on demand, a failed attempt uses no film: you only print the photos you choose. The camera prints about 100 photos per charge.
Is film supplied with the camera?
No: instax WIDE film is not supplied with the camera. Add packs of 10 or 20 shots to your booking, at the same time as the camera.
Delivery or collection: how do I get the photo booth?
By Chronopost, the day before your event, anywhere in mainland France, or by free collection in Lyon, by appointment. The rental lasts from 1 to 62 days; the return goes back with the prepaid Chronopost label.
Can I order extra prints after the event?
Yes. Our printing service prints your photos on instax WIDE film or as classic 10 × 15 photo prints, from 1 to 500 prints, ordered online without an account and shipped within France. Prints can also be added to an equipment booking: they travel in the same parcel, with no extra delivery charge.
Can I have a photo operator with the photo booth?
Yes, as an option and priced on quote: it is a service, separate from the rental. Describe your event on the Services page; you receive a written quote, with no online payment at all, and nothing is booked until you have accepted it.
