Chronopost 24 h out and back, a reusable parcel built to travel, and a free pickup point in Lyon. Here is exactly how it goes.
Delivery: at your door 24 h before
Whether you are in Paris, Marseille, Lyon or deep in the countryside, we deliver anywhere in mainland France — the day before your rental starts.
One exception: sound gear (DJ turntables and the sound setup) is not shipped. It is collected and returned in person in Lyon, by appointment (Click & Collect).
Shipped the day before
Your gear leaves the day before your first rental day, tested, charged and carefully packed in its parcel. You get the tracking number as soon as it ships.
Chronopost 24 h
Express next-day delivery anywhere in mainland France. For a date that cannot move (wedding, shoot), build a spare day into your dates: carrier hiccups happen.
Ready to use
Inside: the gear, its accessories, the inventory sheet. You have 24 hours to report anything wrong, with photos. Then it is over to your project.
The Fox Rider commitment
We ship all our gear in reusable parcels made of recycled, reinforced fabric. Goodbye tape and cardboard, hello convenience and ecology!
The return: 4 moves, zero hassle
The return goes in the same reusable parcel, with the prepaid label supplied. You can also bring the gear back in person, free of charge, in Lyon.
1. Put everything back in the parcel
On the last day, put the gear and every accessory back in the reusable parcel, in their original slots. No tape, no cardboard to find: it is all provided.
2. Protect the parcel
Slide the parcel into the opaque bag supplied and close it: it protects the contents and keeps them anonymous on the way back.
3. Stick on the prepaid label
The Chronopost return label comes with your order — nothing to print, nothing to pay at the counter.
4. Drop it at a pickup point
Drop the parcel at any Chronopost point. That is it: the security deposit is refunded within 5 working days after the return and inspection of the gear.
