The photo coverage of your wedding, from getting ready to the evening party, priced on quote. Every service includes a free set of photo prints; video, a 360 capture or aerial shots, subject to permission, can be added to the same quote.
Who is this service for?
For couples who want beautiful wedding photos without chasing three different suppliers. I photograph the day as it unfolds — getting ready, the ceremony, the group photos, the drinks reception, the evening — for the length of time we set together in the quote.
Fox Rider is based in Lyon and works anywhere in France. A single request can bring together photo, video, a 360 capture, aerial shots if the venue and the regulations allow it, and even the DJ or the sound and lighting installation: you keep a single contact from the first message to delivery.
What is included
Coverage of the big day
My presence for the length of time set in the quote, with my own gear. The moments to cover are listed with you before the wedding: I know where to be, and when.
Your photos as files
A set of photos you can use right away. Retouched photos, raw files, delivery format: say what you expect in your request, and the quote takes it into account.
A free set of photo prints
Every service includes a free set of photo prints. Its size depends on the event and is confirmed in writing together with your quote: you know it before you accept.
A single point of contact
Photo, video, 360 capture, DJ, sound and lighting: it all goes through the same quote. For sound and lighting, I rely on my partner VLK Events, in Lyon; you keep one contact only, from the first message to delivery.
How it works
You request a quote
Online, in five steps: the venue, the date, the times, what you want. The “A wedding” context is already selected when you arrive from this page.
We prepare the day
I check my diary and the feasibility, then we settle the running order: the moments not to miss, the list of group photos, the constraints of the venue. You receive a quote worked out by hand.
The big day
I am on site at the agreed time and I follow the schedule we prepared together. If the day runs over, the additional hour is charged at the rate shown further down, with no surprises.
Delivery
You receive your photos, then your free set of prints. I do not promise a lead time on this page: ask in your request, and I will answer you straight.
To combine on the same quote
A wedding is filmed as much as it is photographed. Tick what interests you in the request: none of this has a fixed price, it is all priced in the quote.
Professional video
A film shot on site: presentation, aftermovie, reportage.
Aerial drone shots
Views from above, subject to the permissions applicable to the site on that day. I check feasibility before pricing.
Filming the DJ and the stage
Footage of the stage and the DJ, on top of the room itself. The gear involved exists in a single copy: I check my diary before answering you.
Sound and light rig
Speakers, lighting and a technician on site, with my partner. I remain your only contact.
Vinyl turntables on site
The turntables set up for the night. I own a single pair: I look at my diary before committing.
360 capture
An immersive image you can look around in. Handy to tour a place or relive a moment.
Video editing
Editing after the shoot, back at the workshop. It is priced separately and commits you to nothing here.
Paper prints
Printed photos, to hand out on the night or to send afterwards.
Sound and lighting, with VLK Events
When an event calls for a full rig, I work with VLK Events, based in Lyon: speakers, lighting and an on-site technician. Here are a few of their set-ups.

Where I work
Anywhere in France. Travel is included within Lyon itself; elsewhere, it is priced in the quote, before you decide anything at all.
The rate
Flat fee of €150 covering 2 h on site, then €50 per additional hour.
This is the rate for all our services. A wedding is then priced by hand, according to the time on site and the venue: only the quote binds you, and only if you accept it.
On top of that: equipment to rent
So that your guests leave with a keepsake, the Fujifilm instax WIDE Evo instant camera can be rented as a self-service photo corner, and extra prints can be ordered online, on instax WIDE film or as 10 × 15 prints. For the footage your friends and family shoot themselves, the Insta360 X6 and the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P rent by the day, damage and theft cover included.
No online payment
The quote request is made online and charges nothing: no bank card is asked for. I reply with a quote worked out by hand, and nothing is booked until you have accepted it.

Do you work outside Lyon?
Yes, anywhere in France. Travel is included within Lyon itself; elsewhere, it is priced in the quote, before you make any decision.
How much does a wedding photographer cost?
The rate for our services — a starting flat fee, then a rate per additional hour — is shown on this page and on the Services page. A wedding is then priced by hand, according to the time on site and the venue: you receive a written quote, and it alone binds you.
How many free photo prints do I get?
Every service includes a free set of photo prints. Its size depends on the event and is confirmed in writing together with your quote: you know it before you accept. If you want more, our printing service prints from 1 to 500 photos, on instax WIDE film or as 10 × 15 prints.
How are the group photos prepared?
Before the wedding, we draw up together the list of groups to photograph and the moment to take them. On the day, ask someone close who knows both families to round people up: that is what keeps things on time.
How long can you be there for?
The length of time is set in the quote, according to your schedule: from the ceremony alone to the whole day, from getting ready to the dance floor. If the party carries on, the additional hour is charged at the rate shown on this page.
How do we book our wedding date?
By accepting the quote. No payment is asked for online: you send a request, you receive a written quote, and nothing is booked until you have accepted it. The invoice comes after the job.
