Did you order online from Fox Rider (rental, video editing, on-site service)? You can withdraw here during the withdrawal period, without creating an account and without giving a reason.

Step 1 of 2: your statement

The acknowledgement of receipt is sent to this address. Preferably use the one you ordered with: I will find your order faster.

You will find it in the confirmation email, for example FRB-260925-AB12.

No reason is required.

The period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. A statement sent before it expires is on time.

Some orders carry no right of withdrawal, such as photo prints made from your own files. Your statement is still recorded and I will reply to you.
