Fox Rider — SASU au capital de 500 € · SIRET 10526527600011 · TVA FR21105265276 · Last updated 23 September 2026

1. Purpose and seller

These terms govern the sale of photo prints by the printing service of Fox Rider, a SASU with share capital of 500 €, SIRET 10526527600011, VAT FR21105265276, whose registered office is at 38 rue des Mathurins, 75008 Paris. This sales service is separate from the equipment hire business, which is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Hire. Contact: head@fox-rider.com · 07 60 98 21 91.

2. Products

Two types of print are offered:

  • Polaroid instax WIDE — genuine instant prints in instax WIDE format, made from the photographs you supply.
  • Standard 10×15 photo — photo prints in 10×15 cm format on glossy paper.

Each print is produced to order, from the files uploaded by the customer. The result (colours, framing, contrast) depends on the quality and resolution of the files supplied; no retouching is carried out without an explicit request.

3. Orders and prices

The customer uploads their photographs, chooses the type of print and the quantity, then pays online. The price displayed before payment is firm and is stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The order is confirmed on receipt of payment and identified by a reference in the form IMP-… shown on the confirmation screen; that reference is authoritative and must be kept.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank card through our provider Revolut, with no account creation. No card data is stored by Fox Rider. The order is put into production only after payment has been confirmed.

5. Lead times and delivery

Prints are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days from confirmation of payment, to the address given when ordering, within mainland France. Delivery charges depend neither on the type of print nor on the order value, but on the number of prints ordered: delivery is charged at 5 € and becomes free from 20 prints, for Polaroid instax WIDE prints as well as for standard 10×15 photos. By default, orders are sent by standard post, without a tracking number. Before payment, the customer may choose tracked delivery for a supplement of 3 €, payable even when delivery is free; the tracking number is then sent by e-mail when the order ships. The exact postage amount is summarised on screen before payment and appears on the order. These lead times are indicative and do not cover postal delivery contingencies; a dispatch delay does not give rise to any right of cancellation or compensation beyond the refund of any delivery charges invoiced.

6. Right of withdrawal

Prints are goods made to the customer’s specifications and clearly personalised. In accordance with article L.221-28 3° of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), they are excluded from the right of withdrawal: an order can be neither cancelled nor refunded once printing has started. As long as printing has not started, contact us as soon as possible at head@fox-rider.com: we will do our best to stop production.

7. Quality and complaints

In the event of a defective print (printing fault, product damaged in transit) or of an error on our part, report it within 14 days of receipt to head@fox-rider.com, enclosing your IMP-… reference and a photograph of the defect. After checking, the print or prints concerned are reprinted and redispatched free of charge. No reprint is due for a result that matches the files supplied but is considered unsatisfactory because of the quality of those files.

8. Personal data and photographs

Order details (identity, delivery address) are processed in order to fulfil the order. The photographs uploaded are used solely to produce your prints, are neither used for any other purpose nor disclosed to third parties, and are deleted once the order has been fulfilled. For any request concerning your data, write to head@fox-rider.com. See also our privacy policy.

9. Governing law and mediation

These terms of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer first sends a written complaint to head@fox-rider.com. Failing a satisfactory reply, they may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman designated by Fox Rider, in accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code): MEDICYS — 73 boulevard de Clichy, 75009 Paris — www.medicys.fr.
