Pack your return package well: the method
The return is the moment when we relax our attention: the filming is finished, the equipment has been used. This is precisely where packages get lost.
1. Put everything back in the package provided
The reusable package is sized for the equipment and its protection. Reconstruct it as you received it: each element in its place, nothing moving inside.
2. An opaque bag around
This is the step we skip and which matters the most. A recognizable box announces its contents to all those who handle it. An opaque bag – a trash bag works very well – makes it anonymous. This is an anti-theft measure, not a formality.
3. Close with tape
The bag must last the entire journey, including handling in the sorting center.
4. The label on the TOP
Stick the prepaid return label flat, fully visible, on the top side. A label slipped inside, folded or stuck under the package causes the carrier to leave again — and cause you to lose a day.
Why is it contractual?
This procedure appears in article 11.2 of our general conditions. Failure to follow it incurs your liability in the event of loss or theft during return transport. Followed, it allows us to assume the risk for you.
