What’s in the package, and what to expect
This is the question that comes up most often the day before leaving: what exactly is in the box, and what should you buy before leaving? Here is the answer, item by item, with the actual prices from our accessories catalog.
What goes with each camera
Our action and 360 cameras all come with the same base, at no extra cost:
- the case, tested and charged;
- a battery and its dual charger;
- a SanDisk microSD card of 1 TB;
- a 25W fast AC charger;
- a rigid carrying case.
Two additions depending on the model:Insta360 X4and theX5leave with their invisible 1 m 10 pole, and theGoPro HERO 11 Blackwith a telescopic pole. ThereHERO 12 Black, she leaves without a pole.
The 1TB card is the takeaway. This is the expense most people anticipate, and it's already in the box: you don't have a card to buy, or a card to empty in the middle of a session.
What goes with a drone
The DJI Mini 4 Pro and the Mini 5 Pro start in Fly More configuration:
- the complete drone, nacelle and propeller protections;
- the DJI radio control with integrated screen;
- three flight batteries and their triple charging hub;
- a 25W fast charger and USB-C cable;
- a 1TB microSD card;
- the carrying case and a set of spare propellers.
Three batteries are the difference between a trip and a day of flight. Be careful, however, with replacement propellers: they are provided, but any used pair is deducted from the excess at the rate of €10 per pair, whatever the reason - wear, shock or loss.
DJ equipment
The Pioneer XDJ-RX3 comes with its flight case, a pair of RCA cables, a pair of XLR cables and its power supply. It’s an all-in-one system: the mixer is integrated into the controller.
The pair of Technics SL-1210 MK2 leaves with its Ortofon Concorde Mix cartridges already assembled, two flight cases, RCA cables with ground wire and power supplies. It does not include neither mixer, nor headphones, nor speakers: two turntables alone do not make an evening, you have to plan for the rest.
What we do not send, and which must be checked when booking
No bindings are included in the basic pack, and that's intentional: no one needs all fifteen at the same time. They are checked when booking, and — this is the important point — their price is for the entire rental, not per day.

On the Insta360 side, the logic is the same: harness and backpack clip for €1; bicycle or motorcycle clamp, ski attachment, tripod, 3-meter pole, extra battery and bullet time cord for €2; GPS remote control and 60m diving protection for €3; helmet mount for €5.
For drones, the catalog is deliberately short: ND PRO filters and 30,000 mAh powerbank for €2, and on Mini 4 Pro XXL batteries for €4. The latter increase the take-off weight beyond 250 g: the A1/A3 online training, free, then becomes compulsory.
L’instax: the films are not in it
This is the most costly oversight, because an instant camera without film does nothing at all. The Fujifilm instax WIDE Evo can be rented with its optional refills: €15 for a pack of 10 films, €27 for a pack of 20. Count widely rather than just: in the evening, around thirty prints leave without anyone noticing.
What to bring from home
- A smartphone and the manufacturer's application. It is used for framing, adjustments and, on 360 cameras, reframing after the fact.
- Enough to empty 1 TB. A computer, an external drive, time. If you leave without it, take our download link for €4 instead: we transfer your files, you leave without copying anything.
- A UAS operator number for a drone. Registration on AlphaTango is free and compulsory, including under 250 g. It takes a few minutes, but it is not instantaneous on the day of the flight.
Upon arrival, take five minutes
The package contains an inventory sheet. Open it upon receipt, check line by line, and if something is missing or arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to report it, with supporting photos. These are five minutes which avoid a discussion on the way back.
