Amazing experience! I rented a DJI Mini 5 Pro for my road trip and it truly transformed my journey. 360 building capture produces the 360 virtual tour of a property: a house, apartment or business premises, ready to publish online and, as an option, on Google. The packages, at launch prices, depend on floor area: up to 100, 200 or 300 m², from €136 incl. VAT; beyond that, on quote. Travel is extra, in mainland France.
What is a real estate virtual tour for?
A 360 virtual tour lets people walk through a property remotely, room by room, from a phone or a computer. It supports a sale or rental listing, and shows a business space, a shop or a room to people who have not yet seen it.
3D or 360 virtual tour: what is the difference?
A 3D virtual tour often means a modelled mock-up of the property. The service offered here is a 360-degree tour: panoramic shots, room by room, with no 3D mock-up, which you walk through from a phone or a computer.
Which package for which area?
- Up to 100 m²: an apartment or a small house.
- Up to 200 m²: a family home or an office floor.
- Up to 300 m²: a large house or business premises.
Beyond 300 m², capture is done on quote. The price of each package is shown above, and travel is added on the quote.
Google virtual tour: how is it published?
Publishing on Google is an option, shown with the packages. Without it, the tour is handed over ready to publish online, on your website or with your listing.
What should you prepare before the capture?
Mention in the request anything that complicates the visit: floors, access, outdoor areas to include, hours imposed by a co-ownership or a landlord. What has not been mentioned cannot have been priced. On the day, tidy and well-lit rooms make a clearer tour. The delivery format and how long the tour stays available are set on the quote.
360 virtual tour and drone: the same property, inside and from the sky
For a complete listing, the 360 tour is requested together with drone shots of the property and its grounds: in the same request, the multi-service discount applies.
How does a 360 building capture go?
You describe the property in the form: the address, the area and the date you want. The schedule is checked, then the free quote sets the package and the travel. Nothing is charged before you accept, and several services requested together are discounted. The other photo and video services are requested in the same form.

Ask a questionHow much does a photo or video service cost?
The base rate is €80 including VAT per hour, with a one-hour minimum, the same for photo, video and 360 coverage of an event. It may be adjusted to suit the project. Drone shots and 360° building capture have their own packages, at launch prices. Travel is included within Lyon itself; elsewhere it is priced on the quote. Beyond one day, everything is done on quote.
Do I have to pay a deposit to request a quote?
No. No card is requested, no deposit or down payment: nothing is charged until you accept the quote, which is free and written by hand after checking the schedule. The invoice is issued after the job, and the request can be cancelled until the service has taken place.
How is the quote put together?
You describe your event in the form: what you are organising, the venue, the date, the time on site and the options you want. I check my schedule and feasibility, then write the quote by hand, with labour and travel shown separately and its period of validity. The slot is held once you accept in writing.
Do you travel outside Lyon?
Yes, anywhere in mainland France. Travel is included for addresses within Lyon itself, arrondissements 1 to 9; elsewhere, including Villeurbanne, Caluire, Bron or Vénissieux, it is estimated on screen from the round-trip travel time (€40 an hour), fuel and tolls extra. The actual price is set on the quote. Services spanning several days are also priced on quote.
Can I add video, drone or prints?
Yes. The form offers video, editing, 360 coverage, aerial drone shots (subject to venue permissions) and paper prints. On-site services are charged by the time spent there, at €80 including VAT per hour; drone shots and 360° building capture have their own launch packages. Sound and lighting installation is done with our partner VLK Events, on quote.
Do prices drop if I combine several services?
Yes. In the same request, the most expensive service stays at full price, the 2nd gets 10% off, the 3rd 20% and each one after that 30%. The discount shows in the summary and on the quote. Equipment rental (sound system, turntables, instant camera) and travel are not discounted.
