Amazing experience! I rented a DJI Mini 5 Pro for my road trip and it truly transformed my journey. Wedding and party sound: a sound system delivered to the venue and set up
Fox Rider's sound system rental with set-up covers a wedding, a party or a corporate event: the sound system is delivered to the venue, set up, then collected after the event: the pair of mains-powered RCF ART 912-A speakers or the battery-powered Soundboks 4. The starting price shown is the one-day rental of the speakers; the rest is set in a free quote.
Which sound system for how many guests?
The form asks for the number of people, from under 50 to over 200, and whether the sound will be indoors, outdoors or both. You then choose the model, or tick “advise me”; availability is confirmed with the quote. A few pointers:
- the RCF ART 912-A pair, mains-powered, for a hall
- the Soundboks 4, battery-powered, for a garden or a place without sockets
- the RCF SUB 15-AX subwoofer, added to the pair for dancing: mention it in your request
Sound system installation, set-up and dismantling: which option?
Two options: delivery and collection at the venue, or delivery with set-up and dismantling. For a wedding in Lyon or elsewhere in mainland France, the sound system is set up before the event, then dismantled and collected afterwards. A DJ booth can be added for the whole event. Each line appears in the estimate, then in the quote.
How much does delivery to the venue cost?
The sound system makes two trips, delivery then collection. Travel is estimated on screen from the round-trip travel time from Lyon, counted twice, fuel and tolls not included, then set in the quote. It is never included, even in Lyon, and the sound equipment is never shipped.
Does the sound system count towards the multi-service discount?
No. The sound system remains an equipment rental: its rental price is not discounted, nor is travel. Added to a DJ or a wedding videographer in the same request, it does not change their discount.
Renting the speakers without set-up?
To collect the equipment yourself, speaker rental is booked online, with free pick-up in Lyon 3rd by appointment, and the sound packs bring together speakers, subwoofer and DJ equipment. Event sound adds delivery to the venue and, if you choose it, set-up.

Ask a questionHow much does a photo or video service cost?
The base rate is €80 including VAT per hour, with a one-hour minimum, the same for photo, video and 360 coverage of an event. It may be adjusted to suit the project. Drone shots and 360° building capture have their own packages, at launch prices. Travel is included within Lyon itself; elsewhere it is priced on the quote. Beyond one day, everything is done on quote.
Do I have to pay a deposit to request a quote?
No. No card is requested, no deposit or down payment: nothing is charged until you accept the quote, which is free and written by hand after checking the schedule. The invoice is issued after the job, and the request can be cancelled until the service has taken place.
How is the quote put together?
You describe your event in the form: what you are organising, the venue, the date, the time on site and the options you want. I check my schedule and feasibility, then write the quote by hand, with labour and travel shown separately and its period of validity. The slot is held once you accept in writing.
Can I add video, drone or prints?
Yes. The form offers video, editing, 360 coverage, aerial drone shots (subject to venue permissions) and paper prints. On-site services are charged by the time spent there, at €80 including VAT per hour; drone shots and 360° building capture have their own launch packages. Sound and lighting installation is done with our partner VLK Events, on quote.
Do prices drop if I combine several services?
Yes. In the same request, the most expensive service stays at full price, the 2nd gets 10% off, the 3rd 20% and each one after that 30%. The discount shows in the summary and on the quote. Equipment rental (sound system, turntables, instant camera) and travel are not discounted.
