Pickup and return on site in Lyon 3 only (Click & Collect) — the gear is handed over in person at the Fox Rider point, 2 Impasse du Lutin, 69003 Lyon, and you bring it back to the same place at the end of the rental. No shipping (Chronopost or pickup point) for this gear. Delivery and collection at the event venue are available on quote.

Are the mics included in the Wedding Pack?

Yes: two Shure SM58 mics, each with its stand and XLR cable supplied, plugged into the mic inputs of the Pioneer XDJ-RX3, for the speeches and the witnesses.

Should I keep the RCF SUB 15-AX subwoofer?

For the dance party, yes: the RCF SUB 15-AX subwoofer adds the bass. For a ceremony or a drinks reception without dancing, untick it and the price is recalculated. The DJ booth can also be added as an option.

For how many people?

About 160 people indoors and 80 outdoors. This is a cautious estimate drawn from the RMS power published by the manufacturer: 20 W RMS per person indoors and 40 W outdoors, for a dance party, rounded down to the nearest ten. The room, open air and the volume you want will change it.

How is the price of a pack calculated?

It is the sum of the rents of its items for the chosen duration, with the sound discount: −10% on the 2nd item, −20% on the 3rd, −30% from the 4th, applied to the cheapest ones. Options (mic, Bluetooth connector, headset) are added at catalogue price. The cart works out the same amount.

Can a pack be delivered and set up?

Yes, on quote: choose delivery to the venue or set-up in the booking tool, in mainland France. Otherwise, free pick-up in Lyon 3rd, every day by appointment, from 9 am to 8 pm.

Is the gear insured, and how does the deposit work?

Yes: the sound equipment is insured against damage and theft by our partner Tulip, like cameras and drones, and the insurance is included in the price, with no paperwork and no extra charge; each item’s page shows whether it is covered. The deposit on DJ equipment is taken as a card pre-authorisation, through a link sent before pick-up or delivery: it is not charged, only held in the event of damage, theft or loss, and released when the gear comes back in the same condition. It amounts to 10% of the replacement value of the sound gear rented, excluding VAT, rounded up to the next multiple of €50, and it is separate from the rental price.

Wedding sound system rental in Lyon: the Wedding Pack

The Wedding Pack brings the drinks reception music, the dinner speeches and the dance party together in a single rental: the Pioneer XDJ-RX3 controller, the pair of RCF ART 912-A speakers, two Shure SM58 mics (XLR cable supplied) and, as a ticked option, the RCF SUB 15-AX subwoofer.

Speeches on the mic

The two mics plug into the controller's mic inputs, and the music can keep playing in the background during the speeches. Each mic comes with its XLR cable and stand.

From dinner to the dance floor

The RCF speakers on stands cover the room during the meal; the subwoofer provides the bass when the dance floor opens. The optional DJ booth sets the controller up facing the guests.
