Rental Speaker RCF ART 912-A

A single speaker suits a speech, background music or a second room, alongside a pair. For a dance party, two speakers give stereo and cover a room better: the pair is rented on a single product page, with its two stands and its two covers.

According to RCF, the speaker goes down to 50 Hz. For deeper bass on a dance floor, add the RCF subwoofer, a 15-inch active subwoofer that reproduces bass from 35 Hz to 120 Hz. The source plugs into the subwoofer, which passes the rest of the signal to the speaker through a filtered XLR output.

The speaker is active: no amplifier to plan for. It takes a line-level source on its XLR or jack inputs, for example the Pioneer XDJ-RX3, and has no Bluetooth. Its XLR output lets you link a second speaker. Connection cables are included.

A single RCF ART 912-A speaker is enough for a small room, a speech or background music. It plugs into the mains, by XLR or jack, without Bluetooth. For a dance party the pair is the better choice: see the RCF ART 912-A pair rental.

The speaker is never shipped. You collect and return it free of charge at 2 Impasse du Lutin, in Lyon 3rd district, 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., by appointment, with an original ID document. It can also be delivered and collected at your venue, in mainland France, on quote. It weighs 19.5 kg: a car is enough.

Damage and theft cover is included in the rental price for gear marked “Covered for damage and theft”. The whole range is on the sound system hire in Lyon page.
